Not sure what you have. Check these out. Here is a correct pump, and rebuild kit. For your 50 series. https://www.ebay.com/itm/276356236503 https://www.ebay.com/itm/384355569514 -

40 series has 3 ribs on the side of the hood, yours is at least a 50 series. Check the wheelbase to be sure of the larger series. -
Can you post a picture of the original?

I think you answered your own question.. Series may determine what it`s actually for, i don`t think all `39 Oldsmobile`s had the trim on top. Or maybe 6 or 8 cylinder.

Chickasha Pre War Swap Meet - March 15th & 16th
pont35cpe replied to Trulyvintage's topic in General Discussion
2yr ago maybe 3yr, there was a vendor space with a trailer loaded with parts covered with a tarp. I always get there early in the morning, so i kept an eye on the covered trailer. When i noticed someone pulling the tarp back, i headed to him. It was 3 guys from San Diego, Ca, their game was to buy a vendor space, so they could go thru all the other vendors parts, before open to the public. They were not there to sell anything. -

I`ve gone every year, since the start. Sometimes i find a bunch of stuff, sometimes nothing. I`m hoping for clear skies, and no rain this year. -

I`m going, hope its better than last year.. -
Looks to be set up for export to countries that drive on the wrong side of the road. The bike frame has the same mounting spots on both sides, difference would be in the side car frame, mirror image of a right side, to mount on the left side.

Check with French Lake Auto Parts 320-274-8497 Probably not NOS, they`ll need to know the series, and 6 or 8cyl car.

Gary`s engine, he did everything except boring the block and grind the journals of the crankshaft, they mic`d OK, and was able to keep the original main/rod bearings. He did upgrade to domed pistons. So my mistake, my "total rebuild" statement was the car, as the whole project.

37Special, you having ` 37 Buick Special, you should check out Gary W`s total rebuild of his Special, if you haven`t read it before. It`s top shelf..
