    thanks to all the advice but I managed to remove motor and transmission but had 1 big problem no one told me that you must lift the rear end and the torque tube almost killed me there was no mention of this in my shop manuel

    joe thank you for the info I have done 5 motor swaps before but never a straight 8 with a torque tube I was hopeing to avoid any unknow or hidden bolts before attemping to pull it but I am grateful for your help and fast reponse thanks jerry house
