Rare Ford model A Lehman marine engine conversion that was in the hands of a vintage fresh water boat motor collector who recently passed. this engine is in excellent condition. i looked it over thoroughly and see no cracks or breaks. i’ve been around model A car/truck engines in the past so i can see that it’s been well taken care of and see it has all the correct era Lehman accessories. i feel it wouldn’t take much to get this running. engine is free. trans shifts. perfect engine for that depression era watercraft build or a particular Museum and i should say any Ford Model A collector. very scarce unit in this condition. asking $3500. located between i-80 and i-78 in Bangor PA 18013. i can load load for you. message me if your seriously interested. yes. the jxd herc was used in many machines as im finding out. diamond t's, military trucks, lorraine cranes, gallion rollers etc

That style distributor cap on a magneto was popular on many makes of cars for export. Magnetos were desirable on cars in remote locations as the car could still be hand cranked or push started and run in case of generator or battery failure.

i recently bought a bunch of 1920’s-30’s car parts and found this mag/distributor in a box. can anyone tell me what it could have been used with/for? it’s marked Bosch X4 ED25VX1. thank you for any knowledge that can be shared.
