  1. I have had a few pre-war Studebaker speaker grill covers custom CNCed and inserted with a decorative backing panel. I was looking for one for a while and settled on making my own. If anyone would like to purchase one they are for sale. Made in aluminum and unpolished, but can be polished for a fee.

    OPTIONS

    1. Unpolished aluminum - $280
    2. Polished aluminum - $340
    3. Decorative insert - $40

Please message me here or at info@37express.com

    Thanks!

    Shaun,

Could you get the part number for the grille, then contact Andy Beckman at the National Museum, and purchase the blueprint?

Looks like it could easily be CNC'ed / Laser Cut from a piece of Stainless Steel Sheet.

Or a good pencil tracing of one from someone else's car.

    Just thinking.

I'd prefer to search for an original first. Can anyone confirm if the golden colored mesh in the sample pictured above was the same fabric as the factory?

  4. ok here is my more specific question. Is the side mount support just a vertical rod that comes out of the fender? The reason i am asking is because there is a 1" hole in the passenger side of my cab that allows for something to screw into it. I am not sure if its for a mirror, antenna or the side mount support. I've seen pictures of someone using it for a side mount support and want to make sure how the factory configuration was.

    Thanks,

  5. Hello group - this past week i took a lot of parts to get chromed in Tijuana for the 1937 Coupe Express project truck i am working on. Unfortunately, out of 33 parts they misplaced or lost the metal clutch and brake pedal shafts. I need to know if the clutch and brake pedal assembly from a 1937 studebaker is similar to any other years... also, if someone has them for sale or can guide me in the right direction for purchase i need these parts.

    Thank you kindly!
