They certainly look very similar.  I would guess yes, but I'm not certain.  A tig welder should reattach it if its in good condition followed by a re-chroming.

2dr coupe roof clip or fiberglass copy off of yours if you're willing. Just need a cast or thin skin. No need for a elaborate mold.

Grill Cloisonne (aka badge) teardrop shape

Spedo gauge trim ring

I have a friend in S.C. who is parting the running gear from his 39 Zephyr. Front and rear axles complete with brakes and wheels and tires. Steering box. Completely rebuilt V12 with transmission complete from fan to universal joint, air cleaner to oil pan. Call him at 864-978-0656 ask for Wilbur.
