See photos below - I have a flat head straight 6 Mopar engine that I have no use for and am hoping to find someone on the forum who can put it to good use. I acquired it about 16 years ago from a man who had taken it out of a 1935 Plymouth PJ coupe that he had rodded. From the stampings on the engine, though, I am not sure that this engine was original to a PJ …. The man I got it from thought that it might have been a truck engine that had been swapped into his car by a previous owner. I have never seen this engine run, so I cannot attest to its actual condition. Hence, the asking price is the cost of shipping it to you (from Kirkwood, PA). Hi Mark - I am not currently able to reply to your post via PM, but I have some parts out of a ‘35 Plymouth that are available. These include a speed transmission and bell housing and the rear axle. I got them from a man who had rodded a ‘35 PJ coupe and they have been sitting in my barn unused for about 16 years. Since I have never seen these parts in service, and I have not attempted to tear down or inspect, I cannot attest to their actual condition but I doubt this has an overdrive.
