  13. Hi, I have just listed a huge collection of over 40 vintage press kits on eBay (link below). Brands include Mercedes Benz, Saab, Lotus, Alfa Romeo, British Leyland (Triumph, MG, Jaguar, Land Rover, Austin, Mini), Volvo, American Motors / Jeep, Dodge, Plymouth, Peugeot, Renualt, BMW and more. Most are from the 1970s with a few from the late 1960s or early 1980s. A press kit is a package of photos and articles / specs sent to journalists to provide them with information about the new models (and hopefully to encourage them to provide free publicity by writing about the car). As they were never available to the public and printed in limited numbers, they can be very rare. They are very interesting pieces as well - the photos included were likely published in dozens of newspapers and magazines in period. https://www.ebay.com/sch/classicallydriven/m.html?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_nkw=press+kit&rt=nc&LH_Auction=1 The auctions are running for 1 week Thanks for your interest, Mike
  14. Very interesting - thanks everyone for continuing to post suggestions. I'm starting to agree that this is likely a one-off body (or extremely low production) as this is the first time the AACA forum hasn't been able to provide a definitive identification for me. - Mike

  16. Very interesting - thanks everyone for the suggestions! Some good possible direction but still nothing definite as to the make / model
  17. Thanks everyone for your suggestions so far! Very much appreciated. I acquired this photo from Germany so it does make sense that it would be a European vehicle (though always possible it could still be North American). I'll update here if I find anything concrete
  18. Offering on eBay a huge mixed assortment of vintage car and truck badges, emblems, trim pieces, etc. Some pieces may be for machinery or other types of vehicles. These date from approximately the 1940s to 1980s and are a mix of different American and European makes / models This is a lot that would be ideal for someone with talent and creativity to re-purpose - Almost all badges in this lot are damaged or broken (in multiple pieces, missing letters or parts, chips, scratches, dents, corrosion, etc). They are sold as-is and I have not attempted any sorting, cleaning or restoration. Many would polish up nicely with some effort. There are lots of pieces here with great vintage looks, including many letters in interesting fonts that could be used to spell out words, turned into jewellery or displays, etc. Possibilities are endless.
