  1. You are correct, I am not trying to sell it here but am just trying to gather information on where the market is right now on these old Graham brothers trucks. Because these are not sold everyday I wasn't really sure what the value of one of these would be, but now I have a good idea thanks to the help from this forum. It was his dad's truck and that's why he's held onto it all these years so there is some sentimental value there. What he told me was he would like to see me have it because I have taken such good care of another old car he sold me that also was his dad's. Now I just need to w
  2. This is the only photo I have of the toe board tag and it's not the best. It is very worn but there at least. I'd go look at the tag again but the trucks over 5 hours away. If I do get it bought then I'll share all the info I can.
  3. No updates as of late. Here is the only photo I have of the toe board tag and I'm sorry it's not the best photo. The tag is heavly worn also so it was hard to read. I am 5 hours away from the truck so getting a better look at the tag is hard to do. Also thanks for the production number info.
  4. Really all I know is what I already said in my post. My plans would be to get it running and leave it the way it is. Where are you able to find info like the Chassis type and production numbers at?
  5. A friend of mine has a 1925 Graham Brothers 1 1/2 ton truck that he wants to sell me so I went and looked at it this last weekend. What I am trying to find out is what would the value be on this truck? It has an older restoration done on it and hasn't been started in about 45 years. In all those years it has been sitting and stored indoors. It looks to be in good shape for its age. The engine does turn over. The fenders are pretty straight. The tires are up but very old. Both doors open and shut good. When I first heard about and saw this truck five years ago he was wanting $25,000 for it and

  7. I am starting a search for my great grandfather, Richard "Dick" Hornung's car, a 1909 Buick Model 10. Its last location known to me was the Lincoln or Cheney, Nebraska area or could have been moved up to the Crawford, Nebraska (Western, NE) area after he moved there. It Sold sometime in the 1990's I believe. I can somewhat recall seeing it in his shop when I was very young in the early 1990's at his place north of Cheney, Nebraska. I will try and come up with some pictures of it, I just need to see if any family members can find and spare some of them. It was part of his collection for 40 yea
  8. JFranklin, You are correct, they are old sears tires. They told me that when I first started to inquire about the car. Does anyone know where I can find info on the Murray Bodied cars? Thanks! Andrew Kean
  9. Hey Adam! I am not sure what size the wheels and tires are. The car is located 500 miles away so I wont know what they are until I get the car home. Thanks! From Denton, Nebraska. Andrew Kean
  10. I soon will be closing the deal on this 1930 Ford Model A Murray Body Four Door Sedan. I am curious as to the background of the Murray Bodied cars. How many were produced with the Murray Body? What else can you guys tell me about these cars? This is the First Ford Model A that I will own and am really excited to add it to the collection. I am paying $3500 for it, what do you think about the price? The car hasn't run for about 8 years, but before that was driven in parades. They said that the odometer reads only 2000 miles, but I am sure either it has rolled over or hopefully those are how many
