  6. I came back here looking for the solve as I was stumped by the S brackets . If the tank fits right without them go with that and mark the brackets "for something else". Best Wishes.......
  7. You have a Kellogg (patented) ignition system . It is unlocked as you can see the ON position . You only need a key if you want to lock the switch and the steering column . Why loosen the drive screws holding the switch cover ?
  8. I don't know where to connect it . But don't you use two (coaxial) springs for safety if one breaks ? It seems like cheap insurance to me .
