  1. Hello, After taking parts off the chassis to use to make the other one a full chassis, I sold the chassis. I'm sorry I don't have the information from the fellow that came and picked it up. I was lucky between the two chassises to have the parts to make one. not sure but here is my email ( tclmagic@mac.com) if it will go thru if you ever have any questions, not that I know much 🙂
  2. This evening started playing with the English wheel a little starting to see how the body panels will look. Will need a lot of practice 😊😊.
  3. I restored my 1928 Dodge Brothers 5 window coupe frame up and the same with my 1928 Rolls Royce Phantom I both in the last 7 years. The first time doing frame off restorations. I had a restaurant all my life but love working with my hands. It’s basically the first time doing this. Except for chroming, I do everything myself, just asking questions from friends and watching utube videos. Body work engine, machining parts, paint, wood working and upholstery. I did take one welding class a few years ago. Don’t read or write well but love working with my hands. My dad always told me I could do anything, so I have to believe him😊. I restore thinks hoping others will try things and challenge themselves and not watch too much tv or play computer games.
  4. Not sure if I can post a video on here but here’s the progress a little bit this morning. Cut and ground and sanded the curve in the top of the front seat. Hope it makes sense.
  5. Thanks thank you very much for the compliments. Yep, I’m trying to keep moving. I pretty much work on it most days a little bit and I’ll try and post a little bit more often instead of spread out. Just learning as I go.

A bit ago, had the front axle flip over and a piece went through my hand to the tune of 9 stitches, luckily no bone or muscle damage, but after getting stitched up I went back and finished putting it together, can't let it get the best of me 🙂 Trying to keep things neat with he cotter pins, cleaning & Rebuilding the steering box the piece that went through my hand.
  11. More updates. Had to make a bunch of bushing for the front end parts and rebuild the front and rear hubs. and had the wheels re-spoked from Phil Hallewell in the UK. Great fellow. Rebuilt all the Bijur lines and fittings, they work great. Had to rebuild the front steering link that was worn down.

  13. Matt, I love the work you’re doing, but I have just one question, how many elves are working in your shop with you? Do you work at an amazing speed love what you do, learn something every time I watch.
  14. Purchased two Rolls Phantom II Chassis. Both in a junk yard for over 15 years then purchased by a fellow and stored in dry a house deck in the dirt for over 50 years. No body parts just the chassis’s, one engine that was stripped down. Both chassis’s missing parts. So I am building one chassis out of the two. Then will build a body from scratch on it.
  15. I have a Phantom II Chassis and can't get the rear wheels off. Very stuck. Any suggestions.
  16. It’s a shame, people now a days are just self centered, lazy & in a hurry. I’ve met some really nice down to earth folks by stopping and lending a had before. Glad it all worked out.
  17. Update on 28 Victory Six 5 window coupe. I wasn't happy with the paint on the fenders or body so I redid it this week and now working on putting the radiator shell together...
