The reason I thought it might be Plymouth is because the only place I could find the number on the top plate is in my Plymouth parts book. I don't have a Desoto or Chrysler book. It was not in my Dodge Book. No sense in taking it down. I can just revise the ad. Is it Ok if I use the info you gave me? Vincent

I picked this transmission up at a local swapmeet. I believe it is from a 39 Plymouth. It may be correct for or fit other Mopar models. I also believe you can retro-fit it to new models. It appears to be in very good condition. I was told it had been stored indoors for the last 40 years(+or-) Asking 950.00 OBO Vincent VDonato@nycap.rr.com 518 765 3893 Home - Try first 518 227 2083 Cell

"Yours has no latching mechanisms. Correct?" These do have locking mechanisms. Also, my Plymouth book shows 749645-l/ 749646-r for P3 thru P6 but does not show a service package. I saw somewhere on the web that all 37/38 Mopar skirts interchanged. Only the trim changed. Is that correct? -

Cool! Any idea of what they may be worth. I can't imagine there are many NOS skirts out there. I would like to sell them. Vincent -
I picked up this NOS set of Chrysler skirts up at a local swap meet and I need help to accurately identify them. The number on the box is 664531 but I can't seem to find any reference to this number on the internet. I have a Dodge and Plymouth parts book(36 -42) But that number is not in them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Vincent

I'm parting out this very solid, basically rust free, Lincoln 4 door sedan. Solid floors and trunk. Nice doors, hood, and trunk lid. I also have the front and rear fenders. I will sell as a whole, if someone wanted it. Contact me with your wants / needs. NO Engine or transmission. What you see is what I have. Don't let the crusher get these parts! 1960 Buick Convertible top switch location? Accessory?
Vince76 replied to Vince76's topic in Buick - General
Thank You! -
I need a little info and I feel kinda stupid asking. I'm parting out a 1960 Lesabre Convertible and I'm not sure where the top switch is located. Is it the switch in the dash panel that says Accessory? Or is it located somewhere else? If its located somewhere else, what is the accessory switch for? Vincent
<tbody>
I have come across this NOS Ford H pipe. The part # is C8ZZ-5246-E. According to my Factory Ford parts book, this H pipe is correct for 1968 Mustang 390 4 barrel only. It may fit other years? Possibly Cougar as well. Asking 200.00 plus shipping. Nothing like factory original parts to make a great car even better. I was told this gears set was out of a 56 or 57 Chevy rear. I have tried researching but I can't seem to get anywhere. Perhaps someone on this site can help. The ring gear says 12 18 56 Dana 18426 A3R14 43-13. The axle would have 19 splines. Any help would be appreciated. <fieldset class="postcontent"><legend> Attached Thumbnails</legend> </fieldset>

I have just purchased this 1963 Caddy Convertible that I am in the process of parting out. It supossedly has a rebuilt transmission with about 10 miles on it? (rebuilt then parked) The 390 engine is stuck at the moment. Still has lots of good parts. Contact me with your needs / wants. Shipping is not a problem.
