  7. Yes John, he is still into cars. Period. They are pretty, expensive and I received no enjoyment from them. Show me a desert junkyard and I will enjoy that more than his high-dollar street rods. But thanks for trying John. We know where your heart is! Chuck in Kansas

You'll have to build a separate building for all the trophies, plaques, and honors that your wonderful vehicles garner.   17. Coach, Pat, John - can you put it on jackstands, in gear (1st), clutch out, and turn the wheels backwards to turn the engine backwards? I know, in theory, it sounds good, but is it feasible? Echoing my thoughts! It's such a nice car Coach - keep up the great work! Chuck

  19. Thank you Pat for the museum link. My bucket list is getting longer for North-of-the-border stops. There looks to be many beautiful cars there. Hats off to those that donate the cars and those with the responsibility of taking care of them. Chuck
  20. Pat - that 33 Pontiac looks easy compared to your Chev project. If the Pontiac is owned by a museum, they have plenty of cars needing attention, judging from your pictures. They can let one go for cheap, to a good home. You'll have to use your charm and a few before/after pictures to convince them its a good plan. Happy motoring Pat! Chuck

  23. I think Fleek has it. 1931 Studebaker model 54 with a front bumper from a 1930 Studebaker and aftermarket sealed beam headlight bar (circa 1940 or later). It sure was a warrior! Chuck
  24. Thank you Chris. Your photos are excellent. That is a great spot chosen for Steve, may he rest in peace. It's a beautiful view of Virginia. In a family of 4 boys, I'll bet there was always mischief going on, in one form or another! Your photo of the Confederate grave and monument reminds me, as it should to all, that freedom is paid for with an irreplaceable currency. The price of freedom is paid with the lives of a few who defend many. It is the duty of those who served with them to ensure this sacrifice has not been made in vain.
