  1. I have already tried that route, this was their response: "Thank you for reaching out to RM Sotheby’s regarding the 1914 Roamer Speedster sold at our Fort Lauderdale auction in 2014. Unfortunately, the specialist that consigned that specific car to auction has since retired from the company. We would not be able to reach out to the buyer or know if they still own that car. I do apologize for the lack of information I am able to provide"
  2. Hello, I need some help finding the owner of the 1914 Roamer Speedster sold at RM Ft. Lauderdale March 2014 Auction. If anyone knows who the current owner is please put them in contact with me. I purchased a 1917 Roamer out of California and I have original pictures of the 1914 Roamer speedster in its original state from what looks like the late 1950's. The pictures were taken in the hills of California by the previous owner of my 1917 Roamer. I would like to give these pictures to the current owner of the 1914 Speedster.
  3. Sure, but the car comes with it. 😉 I do not have any spares.
  4. Thanks for the info. I will amend the ad and put my asking price in there.
  5. SOLD 1937 Buick Roadmaster Model 81 – Style 37-4819 I have for sale a stately 1937 Buick Roadmaster Model 81. It runs and drives nicely with its 320ci straight 8 and 3 speed transmission. Everything mechanical works as it should without issue. This long black sedan was built for comfort and effortless motoring, which it can still accomplish. It is an above average driver quality car with a very shiny black lacquer paint. The body has the typical cosmetic issues of a car that has been toured and enjoyed. I cannot find any evidence of an accident or repaired body panels. It is a rust-free car with only some light surface corrosion here and there due to missing paint. The interior upholstery was restored about 10 years ago and is in great shape. Actual mileage is unknown, the odometer shows 8213. This 1937 Buick has been owned by the same family since 1978, who are longstanding members of the AACA and Buick Club of America. It has been well maintained and always stored in a temperature-controlled garage. $22,500 Located in Peru, IL 61354 Recent work: Full detail inside & out 3 stage paint correction polish Clean & repack wheel bearings Inspect & adjust all brakes Oil change New water pump Carburetor rebuild Spark plugs, plug wires, cap, rotor, points & condenser Check & top off all fluids Grease chassis Check all electrical and mechanical functions Here are links to pictures & videos: https://flic.kr/s/aHBqjALqiz https://youtu.be/SUC_uj7n260 https://youtu.be/s9CTvSuc7Sg https://youtu.be/LkCR6BuGUGg

  10. Ivan, Thanks for the wealth of information! If you do happen to run across the correct No 5 left & right wheel nuts please contact me. As for the discs that say Roamer, I would be in need of 4 of those as the 2 on my car say HOUK. Thanks you!
  11. I measured the rim and found they are 26" diameter
  12. Yes, it is a single locking brass nut. These wheels have a 26" diameter rim.
  13. I have found the wheel hub nuts I was in need of 12/28/21. Thanks Jim. Hello, I have a 1917 Roamer with No 5 Size Houk wheels and am in need of two lock nuts No 5 size, one for each side, right and left handed threads. The original Roamer lock nuts were given to the war effort. The previous owner had secured 2 of these and then in the 1950's had to have the others machined out of steel without the locking mechanism. Any help would be much appreciated!
