JFranklin, there is evidence that the car had fenders at one time. -
1908 Schacht Runabout

To answer some people's question, I plan on having the fenders made and keeping the vehicle original. -
This engine is fairly complete and has been stored in a shed for many years. Certainly it is good for parts. $500.00, located in southern Massachusetts. I prefer not to ship.

Thank you for your help, Howard Dennis. Now to find someone that needs it for parts.

Thank you, Howard Dennis. I will get back to my storage area later this week and determine the motor number.

I have just obtained this engine and I have no idea what type of vehicle that it had come from. It has a cone clutch and an Atwater Kent distributor. Is it possibly a Maxwell engine?

I obtained this 1908 Schacht from the original owner's son about 12 years ago. It was purchased by a doctor originally and used in his practice on the tip of Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Somewhere along the way, it lost its fenders! I have replaced the tires since the photo was taken.

That is a beautiful car! I remember it when it was in Massachusetts and owned by the gentleman who obtained it from the original owners.

I believe that this is a 1917 or so Olds V8 engine

I recently obtained some early vehicle parts and I believe that this is a 1917 era Oldsmobile V8 engine. It is not complete, and was stored in a shed for many years. I also have the transmission.

This sign was the first collectible sign in the yearly series. It is quite difficult to find today, and would make a great addition to anyone collecting these signs and missing the first issue. $150 plus actual shipping.

Two one ton wire wheels for the early 1928 Ford. One is much better than the other, and has the snap ring with it. $85.00 for the two. I can deliver them to Hershey.

These bronze gears and parts for the throttle and spark are from White Trucks. I believe them to be from the 1920's. Asking $45 for the lot, plus shipping. Zwhizzerman@aol.com

What year was the first Hershey Fall Meet Souvenir License Plate issued? I have a 1993, but nothing earlier. I know that the Hershey Fall Meet Signs started in 1991. Thank you!

Thanks CarFreak for the correction. Someone had told me that it was the Chocolate Field South.

We had to leave fairly early Friday from the Chocolate Field. I was told that there was a meeting at 4:00 PM regarding the vendors in the Chocolate Field South. Can someone post what the meeting was about? Thanks!
