I think you are right about it being from canada. I noticed the other day that canada is stamped on top of the piston. To answer your question , I don't exactly know how to hook everything up. Is it ridiculous to try and keep it absolutely period correct fittings? Should I buy fittings from hardware store? any ideas on exhaust or should I buy tubing and make my own? I need to figure out what goes through the holes in the firewall(grommets). Does any off the shelf coil work on this car?

brake line maybe. does anyone sell parts for these? Kanter, hemmings?

what kind of line, brass?

does the wiper vacuum line go to a switch on dash or straight to wiper?

is this a fuel or oil cannister? fuel vacuum? where do the two fittings go? are they supposed to be brass tubing?
-
does anyone have pics of the 4 cyl motor. not sure where the vacuum line is going, carb? and there are some cables(maybe choke) that look like they go to carb and maybe exhaust manifold?
-
I'll have to dig through the trash to get the numbers off the broken lens. As you can see the carb base is broken and the intake vacuum is broken, should I re-tap and weld in a plug or find a new intake?
