  1. 1961 Buick Electra two door hardtop. Mostly complete. Good parts source or ambitious project. Motor turns over Asking $1200
  2. We, my cousin and I, friends of that PA gentleman are picking up a 1968 big block air car from him the first of next week to try and sell for him. I guess it needs detailed and? From what I was told not original drivetrain. My couisn, body man by profession, and I will have a better understanding when the car is in our garage. We have known him for many years and it may be the start of others to sell. He is a private individual and does not want a lot of folks to know what he has and where he has them.
  3. I have these cars for sale. The two Corvairs and the Oldsmobile came out of a private collection from a long time Chevrolet dealership that was recently sold. I have lots of paperwork on the coupe and an original owners manual for the convertible. I do not have paperwork for the Olds or the Buick. They all have clean PA titles. I placed them on a local auction site to sell to bypass a lot of the riff raff of facebook and the like. I am moving on to a different project, a 1957 Nomad and thought some one else could enjoy these
  4. Recently picked up a 1948 Pontiac and some extra parts. Four real nice fenders, three front and one back. Real nice grille. headlights and bezels. Very nice taillights and surrounds New gravel shields. Located in SW PA
  5. I Know a guy that might have what you are looking for. He has a blue 1954 and a white one as well. They are for sale He is located in SW PA. Message me and I can get you two guys together.
  6. Just picked up a 1948 Dreamliner and have speedometer parts along with some NOS fenders and trim pieces. Also like new steering wheel and center. NOS clock as well
  7. Looks to be an interesting winter project and worth the money.
  8. Of all the loves we had so far in our lives, which one do you wish you still have, Not including Debbie in 8th grade, mine would be a 1970 GTO Ram Air IV Convertible. I picked it up in a local trailer court. It had a different motor, automatic transmission and one straight fender. I drove it one summer and either sold it or traded it on something else, not even sure. It's been a day or two....... Name only one that you let get away. I have had many.
  9. Recently posted on facebook marketplace in Rural Valley PA is a 1948 Lincoln. Restore or Demo car for $1.000. In my younger more foolish days I participated in a few Demo Derbies. First year was a donated 1968 Cadillac coupe deville, I drove a 1969 Chrysler New Yorker, won the heat race with that one. 1960 Cadillac Ambulance, got kicked out of the race. Said it was unfair even though the title said station wagon. 1973 Plymouth wagon with a toilet seat attached to the roof. It was a "moon" roof. I leased it from the salvage yard for two weeks. They did all of the hauling around for me. The last car was a 1966 Cadillac four door that I replaced the starter along the street and drove it straight to the fairgrounds and smashed it up. It's been forty years or more since then but I enjoyed it at the time. Picture attached was not me but someone I know driving a 1963 Riviera
  10. FYI I sold a 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo and sent it off to it's new home in Santa Barbara CA. The cost for shipping, Pittsburgh area to Santa Barbara was $2,000
  11. Primer would scare me a little as well. Is there even a market for a 1948 Oldsmobile right now?
  12. Sold my Buicks. Picked up a 1957 Nomad. Had one 45 years ago and thought I should get another one before i got "old"
  13. Do you have a picture of the part or parts needed? I picked up a complete dash several years ago a fella mounted on the inside of his garage. I took it apart to clean and paint it but that never happened and never will happen. I have the small parts in a can. I don't think the pad is good.
  14. Painted roof? Didn't most have vinyl? Good looking car. Was it owned by a private eye? Looks like it came from an early seventies police show from TV. It seems like a lot of these cars were in those shows.
  15. Have this one for sale. Don't know the running condition. Complete except for a missing radiator. Has not run in many years and recently pulled out of the garage. Someone had installed a vinyl top at one time as I don't think that was a factory option? 401 motor and six way power seat. $1800 will own it.
  16. Starry Auto in New Alexandria PA has a 1960 Convertible listed
  17. Purchased a similar 33 Pontiac this year and it too had a plastic 'Tommy Gun " with it. I prefer plastic "blondes"
  18. Junk or no junk? The car seems to be getting a lot of attention. Is that not some of the reasoning for having old cars? I could see it, once restored, going across the auction block with some young lady wanting her own car after her husband or better half spends 100K or more on his favorite car. "Honey I like that one. Would you buy it for me? A Comet Kitten every girls dream?
