What about a post on side mirrors?
Good point. There is one that I commented on. "Right hand mirrors" or some such. Sorry this has gotten a bit off the rails on the "show is pictures of your Riv thread."

I sourced the mirror from a Tri-Five Chevy site which makes a convex version for a '57. They are available from multiple places. Shop around. I CAREFULLY yarded the housing, only keeping the glass.
The joystick cables are functional. I did drill a hole in the inner door panel, in the mirror image of the left side factory installation.

Here's an exterior shot showing the mirror position and then the driver's view.
I like to keep just a sliver of body in view for reference, but one could easily adjust it out to catch more blind spot.

I fitted a convex mirror to mine. Works pretty well, but is at the full end of its travel.

That's pretty cool, but my one up wasn't actually referring to the wood grain. It was the RH remote mirror. 😎

I used to walk by a Silver/silver Riv that lived in a little bungalow down close to Diamond Head in Waikiki. Probably the only one on the island. It looked pretty good considering. Love that color inside and out!

Yes, the YouTube you found is mine. Hope it helps.

Thanks. I don't recall offhand. I'd have to see if I saved the receipt. I know it was a real chore to install!

In the spirit of "one upping"... 😎

Yes, those are the ones. The originals were a very weak point, under-engineered.
I think I paid $85/pr from CaddyDaddy

Note: if your electric wing windows need a "push start" to operate, I fixed mine and posted a YouTube video on the process. They share the same drive gear as a like year Cadillac.

Welcome I I also have a 64 with 22 options. Your KX engine is very rare with just over 2000 of the 37000+ produced having it. 2 accessory gauges are a nice touch, particularly if you don't smoke. 😉

I have this 1:18 silver 64 which I would trade for a maroon one.

This is probably as close as you can get, for now:

Mine allow me remove the clock and have a couple inches to spare. Maybe they are misrouted behind the cluster.

While not NOS, these are purportedly correct.

My mother told me I'd never amount to anything!

Hi Mark,
I bought it. You missed out on a nice part!

Yes. Pretty easy to peel off and put on the forward face behind the grill. The big DELCO decal on the rear face covers the new Duracell one nicely. They also provided a smaller service tag sticker which I will probably apply, but need to do a little research on where it went, or if there was even a standard placement.

I believe these cables are "correct" for 64. Marked PN and RN

Here's what ( ended up with. Very reasonable.

Do you still have this bit?

My saddle 63 interior was matchie matchie throughout, down to the 3 pedals!
My problem with it was the exterior was Marlin Blue. It was ok on the Corgi toy version, but a bit odd on the 1:1 scale.
