  1. One family owned 1928 Buick Coupe with Golf door for sale. Has partially complete factory tool kit. Wood is in very good shape with only one piece below rear window needing repaired/replaced. Does run/drive but could use some TLC. Has new tires, tubes, liners. Asking $9500 OBO/trade for other old cars/trucks/motorcycles Feel free to call with any questions 859-319-3542 or 270-699-9153 or email me at jobyspears@yahoo.com
  2. The car is located in central Kentucky. The zip code is 40328 in case you wanted to map quest it to see exactly where it is at. It is registered and titled in my name and is ready to transfer. I even have my out of state VTR (vehicle transfer form) ready in the event it leaves Kentucky. I have been a member of ths site for a while now but am not to savy with how it all works and actually have the car lited twice somehow.. Here is a link to the other ad where I have explained the car in a bit more detail. http://forums.aaca.org/f117/1955-buick-roadmaster-convertible-project-338807.html. Wi
  3. Make me an offer I can not refuse!! I need more room!!
  4. The project started with two cars. A 2dr hardtop and a true convertible. The convertible was too far gone and the hardtop was in great shape. All the parts from the convertible were used in converting the hardtop into a convertible. There are two brothers here local where I live that convert tri five chevys quite often into convertibles. I bought the car after the conversion had already begun and finished it under the guidance of the two brothers whom had done several chevys in the past. This was no hack job by no means!!
  5. Surely someone out there is looking for a good winter project!!
  6. Up for sale is my 1955 Buick Roadmaster convertible clone project. The car is in very good condition with very little rust. The sheet metal is for sure a must see as is the floor pans. I have lots of extra parts that go with it. There are at least 2 sets of bumpers(front and rear, an extra fender, extra wiring harness, 2 dashes, 2 maybe 3 sets of taillight housings, over 20 port hole inserts, 2 maybe three radiators, headlight buckets, and many other odds and ends are lying around.. Also includes extra frame! Restoration has already been started. Has original 322 Nailhead engine and Dynaflow t

  8. I have a dynaflow transmission that was hooked to a 322 in a 55 50-70 series. Will it mate to a smaller 264 that was in a 40-60(4 door special)? Im not certain, but I thought they were all in the same. Thanks
  9. Hey Rich, Thanks for the heads up, but I am not to familiar with the website that you are talking about. Could you copy/paste thje site so I can find it and post it on there as well. Thanks again for the heads up and kind words. Joby
  10. I dont know if I mentioned, but the Super is a real deal one of 3427 made numbers matching car. It was also a factory dual spotlight car(which I do have but they are not the best of shape.) Bottom dollar for both cars so I can get something going with the car I have found is $25,000! My lose will be someones gain for sure...
  11. I am taking a loss at $30,000 for everything, but have found a car that is running and ready to go so me and my Dad can enjoy. I will also separate the two. I would be willing to take $7500/trade for bike or car/truck for the Roadmaster drop top project(have pics upon request). I will take $25,000for the Super drop top or might trade as well. I would rather sale, but who knows.... Whatcha got?
  12. I really hate to bail out, but after hearing that my father has been diagnosed with cancer, it is time to get into something he and I can enjoy today. So I am selling two 55 Buick Convertibles. First is my RARE 55 buick super convertible.. My dad and I have been working on the car off and on for almost a year now and are not far from having it back on the road(it was running and driving when I bought it). I am just looking to get my $$ back and find something ready to go which I have found, but still will consider trade offers. Alright, I have already had my 55 roadmaster on here and have had
