  1. Looks like it was listed for sale 2 months ago and not yet sold which surprises me. I like it but live on the wrong side of the big pond.
  2. It's not a coupe as shown in the original ad. It looks to be a 5 passenger Victoria style coupe to me.
  3. I had a 1928 Essex sedan. Stump pulling diff prevented it from travelling at more than about 30 mph. Thermosyphon cooling also was a problem in our warm Australian weather. I only paid the equivalent of US$5000 for a restored car though.
  4. That's how to advertise a car. Plenty of information, clear pictures and plenty of them.
  5. 45mph is comfortable in my 1918 Buick, 50 mph is easy. My 1929 Lincoln is easy at 55mph but I choose not to push either that hard. I have a couple of Ozzie muscle cars for that.🤪
  6. I'm pleased it is not one of the fakes made in Argentina sold with unverified racing history. Lol.
  7. I need a pair of brackets and nuts that secure the front roof bow to the windscreen post on my 1929 Chrysler 65.
  8. I would like to fit a set of wire spoke wheels to my Chryslar 65 roadster. If anyone has a set of wheels, caps and hubs please drop me a line.
  9. Hi Ben. The brake drums and hubs are different to the wooden spoke ones too. I've been looking for wire wheels for 40 years!
  10. I have just purchased a 1918 Buick EX-6-44 roadster and I am looking to buy any relevant literature. Workshop manual, owners manual, sales brochures etc.
  11. I bought mine off here about 8 years ago sight unseen. We had it shipped over to Australia. I pulled the sump off and removed the sludge. It has only travelled a bit over 30000 miles in it's 94 years. I got lucky. It runs like a sewing machine.
  12. I hope the "Some restoration done" doesn't include the wheels.
  13. It has been on here before. The first time in December 2021. I love this car and I'm surprised that it hasn't sold.
