Alignment shop says the ball joints were tightened to much. I have a hard time with that idea because mechanic said not so. The suspension parts came as a package so you would hope they would have done these before. As far as tightening them too much, if so could they be backed off?

No, turning the wheel left to right. The power steering is struggling to turn the wheels. On the alignment rack with the tie rods disconnected they can barley be turn left to right by hand.

I had all new front end work done on my 64Buick Riviera and now it wont return to straight ahead very easy. An alignment shop disconnected the tie rod ends and said the tires are hard to turn. Any suggestions.
