OOPS 1936 Grille.

someone stole the whole grille out of my 36 LC 1/2 truck looking to buy a completed grille - or really good pieces. Car and 1/2 ton should be same for 36. Will consider a 37 1/2 truck grille (it will fit)
-
HI - not sure what you are doing with the Dodge - but If the grille is nice let me know, if you are selling car or parts Thanks - if its a 1936

Wanted a very good to great, 1936 Dodge LC Pickup truck GRILLE. Thanks

I dont have a rear axle yet - I am mainly concerned about correct length, 35/36 axles differ from 37/38 and mine is a 36 rear axle - a guy has a few but doesnt know which is the 36 any longer
-
Hi - need to know the length (full collapsed or extended) for a 1936 Dodge LC truck driveshaft is - I have found an axle (yet to be delivered), but need to buy a driveshaft as well.

HI - Looking for measurements - 1936 dodge 1/2 ton spring perch center to center axle flange to axle flange Ive read states that 1936 are 59.00 flange to flange, and 1937 are 60 inches from flange to flange I need a new housing for my LC, and I guy as a 1937 CAR rear axle unfortunately springs are off right now, so cant tell perch to perch measurement either
-
got it - now for the striped bolts lol
-
OK - so unscrewed the two top hinges on the windshield, and then cranked out the adjuster so I could easily access the two bolts holding the windshield to the metal ribbon crank mechanism. Now I cant get the ribbon mechanism to crank back in - it gets stuck and cant be turned anymore (BTW - is 1/2 a crank normal slack ?) It looks like there is a wheel with tabs, and the tabs go thru holes in the ribbon to move in and out. Ideas welcome. Thanks

dodgedave68 replied to wiron's topic in Parts For Sale
do you have parts left? can you measure the rear axle perch center to center. how about the radiator -
Hi, Just purchased a 1936 Dodge Pickup, which unfortunately was being slowly stripped by street folks for drugs or whatever, when the former owner died and family left cars unattended. Truck is a nice original beauty, but now needs; rear axle, bumpers, hood, grille and headlights and radiator. Could also use full set of hubcaps, but well those are rare. Anyone have really good versions of parts above. and no - not for sale, wanted a 36 since I was 19 and saw my first one :) Thanks
