  1. I have a demountable rim - the tire is a size 500/520 x 21; probably off a later model - and a carrier for a second spare tire that came off of a 1922 Essex I briefly owned. You may have these parts, free. You can either pick them up or arrange for someone to pick them up for you. I cannot pack and ship. Call me at 505 828 2165 or direct e-mail sosuttle@aol.com.
  2. This came with my 1922 Essex two-door. No chips or cracks. Might have a tiny flea bite or two, but no distractions. 8 inch diameter. Embossed at top: "Essex Motor Cars" in hexagon and "TOP" Embossed at bottom: "SPREADLIGHT" "McKee Glass Co. Jeannette, Pa." Very difficult to photograph, but truly in excellent show car condition. $29.95 postpaid USA
  3. I have an early Model A - AR water pump for sale, small drain hole, no cracks or missing chunks, impeller turns, good threads, original grease fittings. Barn find. $60 ppd USA
  4. Complete AR tail light assembly on eBay, item # 121725884724
  5. Headlight lens posted on eBay, item # 121732393335 $19.99 re-posted m8/15/15 closes 8/22/15
  6. I have a really nice 1913, 1914 John Brown 115 tail lamp with Ford script. It appears to be all steel and is complete with mantle and mounting bracket. All three lenses are in good useable condition - no chips or cracks. There is a small workable dent in the font as seen in first photo at bottom center of picture. $150 ppd. USA sosuttle@aol.com or 505 828 2165
  7. Looking for a nice, useable 1928-29 Model A cast iron sediment bulb. Would prefer one in working, non-leaking, refurbished condition but would consider one to rebuild. 505 828 2165 sosuttle@aol.com Thanks.
  8. I could use some expert advice on how to adjust a sagging and "bulging" door on my 1928 Briggs Fordor. I hate to undertake this without some guidance. As you can see from the photos, the door sags at the top at an angle and will not fully close flush at the bottom. The bottom edge just barely clears the step plate. If you have some tips please e-mail me at sosuttle@aol.com or even call 505 828 2165. Any help greatly appreciated. .
  9. Does anyone know who painted the Murray and Briggs bodied cars? Were they delivered to Ford painted or in primer? Were the hoods painted at the same time as the bodies? Or if the bodies were delivered already painted, were the hoods painted separately by Ford? If painted by Murray or Briggs, were they striped by them or by Ford after the car was assembled? If painted by Murray and Briggs, were they delivered already trimmed out, i.e., complete with headliner, door panels, etc. Just curious.
  10. I am looking for an original copy of the 1928 Phaeton bi-fold, color folder. These were issued in two sizes. I would prefer the smaller one (9 x 5.5), but either will do. The cover depicts a rose beige phaeton with happy flappers and a tennis court in the background. Cover simply states, "The Phaeton".
