This edition number 32. The book is enclosed in a gray protective slipcase, which is in near perfect condition. A similar one is available on AbeBooks.com for $430, but is not in as good condition as
  2. Yes, Alsancle - first ed. "Book Description: London, Dalton Watson Ltd., 1982. First edition (black cover). A similar one is available on AbeBooks.com for $207, but is not in as good condition as mine: http://www.abebooks.com/servlet/BookDetailsPL?bi=2336033899&searchurl=isbn%3D090156432x%26sts%3Dt%26x%3D24%26y%3D14" I can send you photos. -Alan
  3. Jim, I will reply privately to queries, so as not to bore the audience. Roe book - around $200; Harrah - double that.
  4. Thanks for the suggestion, Steve: I went to them before coming here; they only carry ads in the print version of their newsletter. In any case, I have had a lot of interest from here, so all's good.
  5. I have recently come into possession of two books and several other items concerning Duesenberg and associated cars, and I am offering them for sale. The books are Fred Roe's "Duesenberg: the pursuit of perfection" and Harrah's Automobile Collection (ISBN 0917473000) as well as an original (reprinted 1951) Owner's Instruction Book to Duesenberg Model J and a collection of first day covers (with postage stamps) of Duesenberg's, the stamps being from all over the world.
