    BUICKMAN AWARD

I would like to second the nomination of Loren Alexander. Always there to assist others, provide advice and give directions. Definitely a quality candidate for Buickman. Dan
  4. This is an original dash pad for a 1965 Skylark that has been recovered in a non-original material. They did a very nice job and it looks good and fits nice, however the grain is incorrect and there is a bit too much padding under the vinyl. That said, doubt if many people would know that its not correct. Its SOLD.
  5. Dear Relaxeddarrin, the date of the original post was 2002. Dan
  6. Brad, Thanks for that. Did not realize that was a date code. The round pegs on bottom portion would seem to indicate a 'big' car. LeSabre, etc. Dan
  7. SBRMD have replied to your message.

  12. Have a pair of Delco spiral shocks labeled Delco 3186910 and 324-64. They appear to be new(ish). Could someone help identify the application ? They will also for sale if I can figure out what they go to. Dan
  13. Turns out I need more than a turnbuckle. Need the entire linkage setup for the front carburetor. Would you happen to have that ?
  14. My Turquoise convertible is one of the three that Roy has registered. Very much looking forward to seeing all of the cars there. Dan
  15. You're welcome Rich. Of course it is a one of none car but extremely well done. Nice GS convertible you have. If you have not already done so please register your fine car on the 65GS.com registry. Great site for a bunch of 65 Gran Sport nuts to share their knowledge and of course have fun. Dan
  16. Loren, saw it in 2009 at the Back To The 50's show in St. Paul. Any particular reason you ask ? Talked with Warren at length at the time about the build. He was rightfully very proud of the car. Always thought it was a well done unique car.
  17. Thanks Loren. That was all I needed.
  18. Yes wagon. This car was judged at the BCA meet in Colorado Springs in 2009. Was told it had been for sale on eBay a while back but I did not catch it. If anyone has any information on the whereabouts of the car or the owner please let me know. Thanks.
  19. Vehicles Being held in Friesland, WI which is between Portage and Waupun. Better to Google it. 13 pre 1955 Buicks. Cars appear quite nice in the pictures. 4 '42 Buicks. I am not connected with this in any way. Just passing along the info. A 266 mile drive from South Bend, IN
