CARL Were a new Holland dealer part number 86520567ds in 1 qt . It listed as SCL type SAE 90 W . IAM still looking if this is good for the rear end because ,what I used 10 year ago had a difference part number. Hope this will help.

HI dan on my 29 Blackhawk I added New Holland oil for worm gear box on the drive of the bed chain on a maure spreader. Ill look at the part number. Iam checking because I need to fill the 1930 Stutz. rear end JOHN

Stutz from 1926 on used aluminum rods in 28 the cap was steel I am using 356 Packard rods.There may be a steel rod that you can use .Look at tractor rod like jd 2 cyl. these are large rod . This may help to get a steel rod that will fit Thank John STUTZ L6

Stutz l;6 the vacuum tank for Stutz m 1929-30 is a oil vac tank not a stewart they are hard to find . oil vac tank can not be used for vacuum from the manifold because it does not shut the vacuum off when full like a stewart tank. this become a vacuum leak. the steward should work. do you have the vanes in wrong . this will have enough vacuum at low speed and you will run out at 35 mph. Iam using and oil vac on 1929 backhawk this may the only car running on the oil vac set up. thank john

Hi mark I have a29 Stutz Blackhawk and have that style joint . Had that apart 10 years ago. Have soon parts , does it have a leather laced boot . I will how it is put together. The picture listed look different or is your like that . John Stutz l6

Martin 101 I have the 6 cyl motor from N Barrs race car. There we no 8 cyl blackhawks at the sale of A K Miller. There is 1 dv24 motor and it installed in a Blackhawk Why are you not rebilling your motor? As I listed I have a block and other parts of a continental 8 . You may never find a complete motor, STUTZ L6

Martin 101 1929/30 Blackhawk does not have a boatail listed is your body a boatail . Most 1929/30 blackhawk have the 6 cyl engine My car has the 6 cyl. Have extra engine. Have seen 2 8 cyl cont. engine in cars Blackhawks. I think the block was cast for stutz and used only for stutz . I have most of a 8 cyl apart not complete . You show a motor 8 cyl. rebuild it ,is rare. Thanks John

HI JOE The carb look like the new carb casting that i make . The needle/seat lape in with tooth paste. Float is top of carb bottom, gas is 3/4 in down A hobby shop may have the tubeing. Regard JOHN 8608060448

105d carb is brass good luck finding one. 105dc is pot metal and falls apart. I have new alum. casting all machined to install your shafts jets etc price is $2000.00 us dollar plus shipping have sold 23 of these. going to FL. next week will be back after amelia show, showing my car. john 860 8060448 -
The pictures of the limo. is a factory LeBaron body , LeBaron got the chassic and install the body, paint etc. There are many Stutz Lebaron bodys. Lebaron made the body shipped it in primer to Stutz they install the body ,paint etc. They do not have a LeBaron tag. There is different construction between these body. Sorry i do not have any plans. John

The oil ,gear pump. has a.100 in hole to let oil to the vane pump . The oil is put back in the pan with the short pipe. As vane pump turns a vacuum is made to the oil vac tank. . Steward tanks shut the vacuum off when the tank is full of gas. The correct tank is a OIL VAC TANK hard to find when gas is full the vacuum on this not stopped but let out to the air. I have my l6 running with a OIL VAC TANK it may be the only car running as the factory made it . This was only used 1929-30. JOHN

I have done one l and two m The l with 356 packard with insert ground shaft down .125 and stroked it .100 . See car on stutz blackhawk l6 One m packard rods bored out to .010 to bolt holes and had them babbited to the standard shaft . I have new valves .Had piston made .250 above the block gives 7.5 comp. I only do my motors.

I have .all the parts except the housing between the two shaft that the light turns on. It was pot metal and i donot have a pattern. Does any buddy make this or casting or a old one so i can make new casting. Sommers light parts are not the same . JOHN 8608060448
