  15. Cleaning out my father's basement. Neither of us know what this is. We don't even know if it's a tool for a car. Just thought I'd put it out here to see if anyone knows what it is? I tried to google ACE E-40 Patent Pending, but nothing came up.

  18. Thank you, Peter! I'm not looking to be aggressive at all. I was just thinking it would be nice to 'call attention to' something I posted for sale a month ago that is still available. Now I just have to figure out how to do it....LOL....
  19. Thank you for your feedback, Terry! I was thinking along the lines of cataloging the car ads. I just keep going back to "why would someone pay for this old ad of a car?" My Dad says it's so they can see the details on the car. I say you can google the details of the car. Perhaps I try looking for a magazine collector who may be interested in them. Again, thank you for your time and thoughts.
  20. Hello - My father has several Scribner Magazines from the early 1900's. There are a lot of ads in the magazine for cars. He's wondering if anyone would find them useful when trying to see specific details on the cars. Is there a market for that or can everyone pretty much find all of the images they need on the internet? Here is an example of what I'm talking about.
  21. Does anyone ever bump or boost your topic so it goes back to the top of the forum? Is that against the rules of the club? I don't want to be disrespectful, but I'm wondering if I can relist my items for sale or bump them up somehow so new readers see them again.
