I took a gas tank out of my 1950 dodge that I'm parting out. I'm going to put it in my 50 dodge coupe. What is the best way to clean the inside of it, or is it better not to knock anything loose inside.

I'm going to sell these cars as I don't have time to work on them. Would like to sell as a pair but would sell 1 at a time. Thinking $5000.00 for the pair. Would make great fixer uppers. I live in western Kansas. I have pictures in early post, but get pictures as soon as I can.

Ship your cars my way. I have a lot of the tools to do most of any task on these cars. Even the gizmo the is used to tell your MPG.
That is a good thought, but I live in Kansas. That would cost more than the car is worth. Thanks for the interest.

42 INTERNATIONAL PICKUP
in International Harvester / IHC
Posted
Hi, When I bought this truck we couldn't get the hood open. So I took the guys work that the motor was complete. After getting it home and the hood open, I got a big surprise. Someone had put an old 216 Gm Motor in it. Now my health is not good, so I'm going to sell it. Is the 42 that rare? I only bought it because I like stuff that nobody else around here has.
