  1. I don't really think so, it would require a monster size crate, but I will keep an eye out for such a thing at work and see what I come up with.
  2. Not sure if my earlier reply went through, as the computer where I was at the time was kind of on the fritz. Anyway, I do still have the fender. If you'd like pics I can send them to an email address. I'm firm on the $200 right now, as I've listed it elsewhere recently. Just let me know, thanks.
  3. I AM ASKING $60 FOR THIS, BUT ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS COULD BE $30 TO $80, SO I WILL NEGOTIATE TOTAL PRICE ACCORDING TO YOUR LOCATION.
  4. I HAVE A LIFT GATE IN VERY NICE CONDITION FROM A 56 PLYMOUTH PLAZA STATION WAGON. IT APPEARS TO BE SAME AS 55 MODELS AS WELL AS 55-56 DODGE WAGONS TOO. GLASS LOOKS PERFECT WITH A VERY NICE SEAL. LATCH ASSEMBLY OPERATES AS DESIGNED. NO RUSTED OUT AREAS OR SIGNS OF RUST. HANDLE IS PITTED. I CAN HEAR SOME RUST PARTICLES INSIDE IT THAT FALL FROM SIDE TO SIDE AS YOU ROTATE IT FROM SIDE TO SIDE.
  5. I have a rust free driver side front fender for a 60 Imperial. Some of the trim too like fenderwell moulding & sidetrim. Just provide email address and I'll send more photos.
  6. I have a rust-free driver side front fender from a 60 Imperial, along with some of the trim pieces too. Very solid and no evidence of rust repair from the backside. Only significant damage is a small dent on the front leading edge. Include an email for me to send photos to if interested. This would most likely have to be picked up locally around the Kokomo/Lafayette Indiana area. I'd like $200 for it but I'm open to offers too!
  7. Do you mean the outer headlight rim? I have a couple.
  8. My 64 Thunderbird has them, but it was an option on them. I've never seen them on 64 Ford Galaxies or anything though. Probably just an option on Lincolns and upper end models in 64.
  9. If anybody would possibly need a passenger side rocker panel moulding, I have one. Quite a long piece, so shipping may exceed actual price of part. It is in fairly good condition, looked great when on the car, but now that its off and laying flat I can see some signs of wear and a few small dents and scratches. I can post pics soon.
  10. Ben, and to all others interested, This car is in eastern Indiana. Back bumper is there but I'd have to look at it to see if it's worth getting. Not sure the condition of the guards. I'd have to check the mirrors too.
  11. A couple days ago I ran across a what I'm sure is a 76 Regal in a junkyard a little ways from me. Seemed like it had real nice grill and headlight surrounds and some other trim. Instrument cluster looked real nice too. Owner said $75 for the grill and headlight trim. Not having the actual car myself, I thought that was a bit much just to be buying it simply to put away, but if somebody wants this stuff and is willing to make it worth my time to go retrieve it, just let me know. I just kind of hate to see good chrome and stuff sit outside and get ruined.
  12. I've noticed a pretty decent 52 Buick 4 door in a junkyard. I've got a few pieces off of it already. If anybody is needing anything, let me know and maybe I can get several pieces for people all at once since the yard is about an hour from me.
  13. I just skipped the spring Hoosier swap meet because I thought if I had something else to do it would be better, and it was I'm sure (going to the Indy Mecum Auction). Aside from vintage & retro magazines and occasional car parts, the swap meets are basically a time to get out and see people you havn't seen or heard from for months or more. As for the junkyards, I've been hitting them pretty heavily all winter & spring hauling everything home I could imagine that may be worth grabbing. Still in the process of parts retrieval but it is getting too hot to spend ALL day pulling a wagon full of tools around rutted lanes and hills. I've been very lucky finding stuff too. A lot of the yards have either closed or crushed almost everything in the last several months too. Just by being there right before a certain car gets loaded into the crusher is the only reason I bring home everything I can get off a 69 Caddy, 48 Pontiac, 49 Packard, Nash Metro, etc... and clean each and every part just to hide it in the basement in a somewhat organized manner. Every once in a while I'll gather everything from a certain vehicle I have and put it on ebay or something. No longer than I've been doing this, its easy to see how people accumulate an unbelievable amount of stuff over the years. I at least want to be able to load up and move everything in a semi trailor or two if I should have to (not counting my cars). Its been a lot of fun!
  14. Being a fellow caddy enthusiast myself, I just want to bring to other's attention some 69 parts listed by myself on ebay. Additional 69 pieces are also listed by same seller. Here is a link to one of the parts: 1969 CADILLAC PASSENGER SIDE TAILLIGHT ASSEMBLY DEVILLE: eBay Motors (item 110541677475 end time Jun-09-10 18:40:57 PDT)
  15. Dang, the shop next town over just scrapped a 52 Pontiac. I almost got the starter and stuff but didn't think I'd run into anybody needing such a thing. I got a lot of decent trim off the car though. Are '48 Pontiac starters the same? The engines sure look alike. I know where one of those is that was just recently running. I got a lot of engine stuff off that motor.
