  1. Packard was once at 1540 Broadway in New York City, and across the street was the Astor Theatre. The skinny building is the Times Building. Back then the area was known as Longacre Square, today it's Times Square and the Packards are long gone.
  2. Isn't the calliope a stand-alone unit, not drawing steam from the car? Unlike a Stanley that has a big boiler capable of holding a large reserve of steam, a White runs on a small amount. In any event, awesome photos! It would have been quite an experience to see and hear that pass by!
  3. No idea what make of car this is, but I love photos that include dogs. Different times, these - it would not be a good idea to pose for a photo with shotguns in front of a bank today.
  4. Interesting windshield configuration, and unusual cowl lamps (is that glass curved?).
