  1. Ive never seen any with buckets. If im not mistaken they were either full bench with a fold down center arm rest like mine or the 60/40 split.
  2. AC issue has been corrected. Pinched lead wire to the relay. The AC system operates fully now.
  3. Just curious, what makes these so special? Is it a cosmetic aftermarket thing or do they really crank out the beam? Are they model specific for certain makes or years?
  4. Pace car replica for sale. 1 of 2401. Highly optioned car in driver quality shape. Still wearing the original paint, no signs of accidents and very rust free. Options list includes power bench seat- works in all positions, power locks, power windows, cruise control, AM/FM -works, rear defogger, clock - not working, AC - works but the AC max cuts out as well as the highest fan speed, believe it is the step up relay but have not traced it down, tilt wheel, wiper delay, and vacuum gauge- not working. The trans and carb were serviced before I bought the car and operate correctly- starts right up cold and smooths out quickly. Olds 403 with all the correct underhood parts. I bought the car for its originality to correct issues I had with my other restored Pace car and don't need it any more. New tires and car has 87500 miles. No splits or cracks on the dash or door panels. Very slight fading around the headrests of the front seats. No tears, splits, stains etc on the seats. Back shelf has not been cut up for extra speakers. Headliner is very nice but has two small droops near the dome light, circular in nature and about dime size. IMO not very noticeable, has not changed in the few years Ive owned the car and not worth replacing the entire liner for. One very small chip down low on the windshield, not affecting the view and about 3mm in size. It also has not increased. Factory tint in the glass. Thin paint on the body in places but absolutely no rust. Several dings on the body that a paintless bodyman could remove instead of using filler. This car deserves to be repainted and new graphics put on, its that nice. Certainly can be enjoyed as is and not update and be respectable at a local show for originality. The rear fillers were fitted and replaced when I bought the car, just not painted. The fronts have no issues surprisingly, they typically break out but these are fine. I can take any extra photos if someone wants them. This car came out of Kansas. Email dead@mchsi.com or droldsmobilemuseum.com is the website to contact me. Asking $6500.
  5. Maybe Im off but the 48 Olds looks to be a 6, not an 8.
  6. Is that a deluxe or standard? What makes the difference?
  7. Any chance you would be driving to Hershey in Oct? Id be right along your way in IL.
  8. Joern, I will see if I have any others in my inventory but here is what I found first NOS. I think looking at your codes it’s from 1968 so you may not want it if you are date coding a restoration.
  9. Just asking but where is the date code or how is it determined? I probably have a regulator but may not be that specific.
  10. I thought the GS were buckets. It looks like it has every conceivable option.
  11. What a stunner. Only demerit is when GM moved the phototube to the fender from the dash. Really detracts from the lines. That car looks brand new.
  12. Does it need to be year stamped correct or just an Olds 6?
  13. I will try the drive thing and put it up till spring. If it still sucks to drive I'll suck it up.
  14. diamondback has 700R15 or 710R15 3.25" Auburns at 279 each. $1200 a set is crazy but I guess the repop companies got us but the nuts.
  15. Is there a specific model or a radial made to look bias? Or just go with radial and be done with it? Thanks
