I have dismissed several as spammers wanting to pay with Paypal etc. I have a prospective buyer Mr Matthew Hurdson who will pay with cashier check and have shipper pick up the car. His English is not good. I have asked for the name and address of his shipper to see if he is legitimate. Does anyone have suggestions or know him ?? Did you find new 5/8 wide chain ?? My top was made by an Amish buggy shop and cost around 1000 dollars. I am happy with it. I made a frame/jig with metal tabs on it that was the same dimensions as the tabs on my seat. He built the top on the frame in about 2 months. The irons and top bows are available he cuts, sews, and attaches the top material.

I would like to see a picture of your 1912 MA.

I have a 1913 MW auto wagon. I thought for sure that I could find some chain, but after searching, talking to other IHC owners and chain distributors I could not find any. i did hear that Diamond made a special run of it some years back. I narrowed my sprockets to fit ANSI standard and bought NOS cottered chain. Jim

Tom I bought a 1913 IHC Autowagon in 2011. It was unrestored and had maroon color. Parts of the truck were bare wood. The bodywas pretty much original or 1 repaint before 1950. I wanted to keep what paintwas left. I went to PPG store and picked a maroon color from a color chart, I had some OMNI mixed. I tried it essensually didnt like the color. Hi Bob, I have a 1913 autowagon, but water cooled. I see the timer on mine is different but it was used on other cars (not just IHC) so that cap may turn up. The terminal and pin could be made by a machinist if you had a drawing or sample. You might like the www.oldihc.org website, pre 1930 section. Jim

There is one on Ebay for 250K.

My 1913 2 cyl IH autowagon takes an 1 1/4 model D. It has a throttle gate valve. I believe the size is measured at the pipe flange. Sorry i dont have an extra carb. Jim

John, Thank you for your reply. I had a gear made. I found out the 1920 has a Brown & Lipp transmission. The gear was made on a CNC milling machine. I got the truck running and built a flare side bed and a top. See photo I would like to see photo of your 101 truck
