This thread is for BCA members seeking election or re-election to the BOD to post some information about themselves and their views of the current state of the club and issues within the club they plan to give attention to if elected. It is primarily for the candidates to state their platform and views but is open for discussion among members and candidates. Please keep comments factual, objective and polite.
You ask that this forum be open to the focus of the elections, I agree. let the candidates speak.

the wheels aren't too hard to find. shoot me an email, and I may be able to get you turned on to a really nice set. The really fun part will be the center caps, those are very very rare, and expensive when you find them. IE the last NOS set I know of went for $800.

I bought a set of the TruSpokes from Motor Spot for my 46 and my fathers 48. Had them on for years and they never gave us problems. Very well made wires. With the right tools it was a 30 minute task to keep them clean. If you work smarter, they are easy to care for and will look awesome
Well worth the investment!

I had a chance to see and drive the car last summer, Tom is correct, it is a true joy to drive. The car is in wonderful condition and a great original example of an awesome Buick. This car will be a fantastic addition to any collectors garage
