  1. Thinking of buying 1956 Belvedere for parts, especially the side trim. Anyone need anything else?

  8. I have dash from 1953 Imperial and 1956 Plymouth - I list here with some trepidation. Thought of shipping sounds like a lot of challenges.

  10. That roof bar - is that a roll-over protection bar? Are these drive trains long lived (if maintained)?
  11. I am another fan. Had a 1953 Windsor, didn't like the tran - I am always on the lookout for a '54 Windsor Town & Country.
  12. Keep me in mind if you have one, ideally probably next year would be better financially for me, so do keep me in mind, or let me know now if you are thinking of selling. I am a wagon guy, had a '53 in the past but didn't like that transmission.
  13. Was this engine carried over into 1954? I had a 1953 Windsor with that semi-automatic trans that I couldn't stand. Would like to have same with fully automatic, which I think was avail in 1954 (Powerflite?)

  15. Spent a rainy day at my local library going through archived hometown newspaper. In 1950, this little town in southern Illinois (5,000 population at most) had a Dodge dealer, a Desoto dealer and a Chrysler dealer, each a differently owned business. Funny thing is each of them also sold Plymouth !!!
