  5. Not much info on this one, other than possible 6-digit casting number 2437(3-8?)(7-1-9?), it's a side shifter, beefy, 14.5 bell housing inside diameter, open driveshaft, and most likely American. Any clues appreciated. Thanks, Stephen Murphy, Chicago
  6. On a Dietrich-bodied model J Duesenberg, what is more likely, gloss or satin finish on the mahogany door caps, quarter trim and dash cap?
  7. Anybody have any experience with it? There's a long piece on it in the August CCCA Bulletin. Corrosion protection properties appeal to me. I am looking to buy it by the drum, but the prices (see below) have made me think twice, and I want to make sure it has the benefits it claims to. Thanks in advance. Stephen Murphy Amsoil: $1,400/55 gal drum Sta-Clean: made in CA and only dop shipped anywhere else ("shipping to the midwest is more than the coolant itself" according to Sta-clean customer service). West Marine: not sure if this can be used in automobile applications, but cheaper at $829/55 gal drum.
  8. Thanks, already checked there and they don't carry the stuff. Ken Clark, in ACD roster, can supply it. Thanks, Stephen
  9. Indeed, and Ken can supply it. Much appreciated!!! Stephen
  10. I can't for the life of me find the rubber extrusions that go on the top side of the running boards, inside chromed steel channels. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Steve
  11. Did you ever find these moldings? I am needing them now and can't find them for the life of me. Stephen
  12. I love this thing, but I'll be running out of stones pretty soon. Anybody recognize the style, know a source of replacement stones? I can't read the manufacturer on the information sheet, it is so damaged. Thanks, Stephen
