  1. This may be a moot point by now, but Bill Johnson was a friend of mine and my Father's - Bill Abbott. Unless there were two Bill Johnson's with Stutz blood, the one I knew lived on the east coast, NJ I think, I can look it up. He had the only other real boat tail I knew/know of plus a bunch of other cars and parts. Bill J was a true eccentric, who of us are not. I would suspect George Holman to be the real source of the blower recently....by the way, if ever for sale I would love to have it, even though it's installation on the SV16 didn't prove worth the trouble, hence the DV32 Rick Abbott
  2. Not knowing how you define "roadster", I'd be careful with that one of a kind thing. We just sold our 1920 Cunningham boattail roadster in the last few years, it also was unrestored and a one owner car. Rick Abbott
  3. Not to be conflicting here, but my pamphlet called the Low Weighted Stutz dated January 1929 states the engine color as black. Our former 33 Weymann had a red engine, and the one in my current 30's something boattail is Duesy green. For what it's worth my body number is 129-1020 Rick Abbott
