Next year is a go.My friends from the land down under ,have called and said that they will be coming too.They will pick me up on the way.And we can all have some of that chicken!

Both knees!yikes!And modified it is.I like that. I cant get to my computer in my office,but when I do I will try and find pix of the truck.Its a 35 Dodge ranch truck from Montana.Comes with us to Bonneville every year as the push truck.And Langdons sales castiron headers for the Dodge /Plymouth flaty 6.You can see them in my first photos.They are very nice. Doug,How was Hershy?My friend didn't make it over to your spot.He also could not find any 10 dollar nos Chrysler banjo wheels.He said it was one of the best ones he had been too.Bought lot of model A stuff.Cheers

Well ,I got my new knee.Ouch!Hope to be back out to the shop in a week or so.I set the shop up so I could go out and sit and weld .With out having to move to much. Now I was thinking?This is a question for all of you scallers out there.Now that I have Tytaium for a knee,Am I stock or a hot rod?Before, it was hard to make it to the mail box.Now I can walk all day,and at speed. Earl ,over at EDGY SPEED is thinking about selling his 34 truck.It has an up dated drive line,but looks stock.It was going to be the tow truck for the Bonneville car.But we so a C.O.E. truck.And that was that.He might trade for one in same condition?

Had a great time at the concours today.Went with our friends Jim and Rose.Ran in other freinds.Saw cars I had never seen before.This is a show you have to see.The grounds are just fantastic.They have lots of concerts here too.I think next year Jim and I will bring a couple of cars.Its just northern californa laidback.Cheers

I finnished the Blindback sedan.And the 30 coupe came back to fit the body panels one more time .then the wood gets installed.My wife is out picking grapes today at our friends vinyard, Oro Vista vinyards.She's a home wine maker.So I had the morning to my self! Got the floor pan done.Take a look. Then back on the rad sheel.Sand blasted it .Stay Tuned

I'll be getting a new knee.My friends from Australia where to come this year, but they to are have to much on ther plate. So next year.The guy a restore with ,he will be there.And with my list! I will be selling or trading the trans, rearend, drive shaft,Front & rear bumpers,Drivers fender( ruff)And maybe the hood.I need a banjo wheel and tail lites(37-38 chrysler ,desoto,airflow?)Thanks

You bet Doug.All I can remember is it's red.I hope he still has it. Reg,When I was getting the brakes unstuck I looked up in the wheel well on the rt. rear.The stay and fender bracket are ther.But beat to s*$#.You no. Off to finnish the blind back sedan today.

Had some time this week to work on the Dodge.I removed all the frontend sheet metal.The nose was repaired so bad,I pulled it all apart. And Ill repair it and put it back together.today I cleaned the garage so my wife can get the car in for winter.Then I worked on the car.The brakes where stuck.I had the car on those harbor frieght roll a round dollys.But I got the brakes freed up. I talked to an old friend today.He has 32 Fords And Model a's and some nice old motorcycles.I remembered he had an old board track racer.Can't remember what it was,nor can he.Singel or v tiwn?He side he thinks its in one of his barns.So he asked, do you want it?YAH!He says, I'll dig it out and send it to you.Well I say,What do you want for it.You can have ,you will do something with it.What a guy! Geuss who gets all my 32 stuff? Stay Tuned

I need help with the rear fender stays for the coupe.Can some one take a photo of these and how wide the holes are? The ones on the car are home made.Like the rest of the things I find,made badly!Thanks

Had some time with the Dodge this week.I was metal finishing some model A fenders.And a littel lead work.Had every thing out ,so I worked on the NOS fender for the Dodge.It had dings all over it.Then I started on the drivers side floor.Rusted out.I'll make a new side for that today.Here are some photos.

Hey Doug thanks,I saw that guy giving an interview the next day.And a guy from I think Korea put his Suzuki on its roof.He had no interperter with him.No know what he was saying.Looking forward to next year.And on the long drive home we came up with more crazy stuff to build.It will take about 2 years for that stuff to see the light of day.Now if we could only get paid for this stuff. Now back to work here.Stay tuned
