  1. Jim Is this Pontiac 6 Manual still available ? Thanks Erik fossil892@aol.com
  2. Thanks Guys, It's comforting to know that you did well, when somewhat out of your field. The line of provenance from Great grandfather down the line, was also very instrumental in this purchase. We will certainly enjoy this great car. Will post photos, when in my posession. In fact, it will be hard to wash it, as the patina is great. What is a HPOF certification ? We enjoy collecting original vehicles , & would always maintain this car as shown. Erik
  3. Gentlemen Have committed to purchase this vehicle for 19,500. Wish to thank all of you for your valued perspective.. Inspected the car on Sat, spending a few hrs there. Garage had not been opened since I was last there, 3 years prior. For 80 years old, It really is a Nice car... Started at the trunk & worked myself around each body panel, bumper to bumper. Opened the doors last. Only slight bruises on pass side fenders. Running boards rock solid, with typical slight surface rust on non oiled surfaces. Paint condition is patterned somewhat to the way aluminum pits. 76k miles. Looks like hea
  4. Keiser I see your point about the trunk restriction. Are you aware of many trunk / coupes like this? Erik
  5. Woodfidler Yes, a trunk. I will find out about that tomorrow. Erik
  6. Alsancle Have already been told that a firm offer of 25 exists. I was called due to the fact that I purchased a 37 DB 5 Sedan, 3 years back from same seller. Both of these cars Never left the block, after they were purchased locally... They would like me to keep it the same way, side by side.. Erik
  7. Paul Yes, I agree. I am always drawn to the well patina / aged original cars. Last saw this car 3 years ago, & will do so again tomorrow. With a vehicle like this, 1 family ownership, sentimental value is always high. Erik

  9. Hello Have the oppurtunity to purchase this vehicle: 32 Pontiac Sport Coupe: No rumble seat / rear trunk & spare mount / Low miles / 1 Owner family since New / All documentation since purchase / 6 cyl / old tires, but hold air / Last ran 3 years ago / supposedly never hit or repaired / original paint / original interior / stored indoors on wooden floor it's whole life / Nothing broken or missing / has resided in same garage since 1932 Since this was the cheaper model (no rumble seat, cowl lights, dual horns, side mts, etc), would this be considered a Rarer car than most coupes out there ?
  10. Hello Bob Attached are photos of number found on the Passenger side frame rail of a 28 Senior. Erik

  14. Hello Found these lamps in an attic. Can anyone help to identify them. Thanks Erik
  15. Yes, it is the same vehicle. How did you come to see it there? Erik
  16. Frank Yes, that certainly looks correct. The lamp wiring does indeed appear to go thru the openings on shroud, as just found on other photos. Am attaching a photo of a cast metal stanchions, located on chassis rails, feeding a spiral / metal wrapped cable, up towards headlamps. Have you ever seen these stanchions used for headlamps ? Perhaps they were for a foglamp? I will trace the existing wiring for further clues. Erik Erik
  17. Gentlemen Thank you for the replies. I have Not verified the Vin Or Motor #'s, as this vehicle came without a title. This hood is on a 1928 Dodge Depot Hack. The radiator shell has a DB Senior emblem on it. (see photo) I thought this hood was suspect, due to the Horizontal Louvers, as well as the Senior emblem. On all found photos of a 28, I have Not come across this hood design. Typically, the louvers are Vertical. Would anyone be able to furnish a photo of vehicle with this hood in place ? There is a factory hole on each side of grill (in line with top louver). As the headlight bar spans acr
  18. Hello Not sure if this hood is proper for vehicle currently on. It's a large hood, 35" L x 20 1/2" H x 22 3/4 W (Top Half) It has 6 sets of Horizontal Louvers: 5 sets of 5 1 set of 4 Total of 29 stamped Louvers Would anyone be able to state the origin / manufacturer of this Hood ? Thanks Erik
  19. KCL Thanks for letting me know about the photos. This was my first posting with pictures, I will try to re post according to suggested size. Would it be possible for you to e mail me a photo of the Cantrell body ? Was told the 32 is a Canopy, & do not see any signs of the screen side / woven metal attachments, that distinguish the two vehicles. To my belief, the canopy simply had "rolled up canvas sides". This vehicle still has the post / studs, secured to all areas, for the canvas to snap over. Also believe the screensides were added to aid in stacking crates inside vehicle. You can send
