  8. Can't beat a nice 57. Dad bought a 57 Ford station wagon new and we drove from N.J. to Vermont that summer. I rode in the 3rd row of seats facing backwards. No air with the back window open breathing fumes all the way there. lol
  9. Well Dave, As the story goes there is a time and place for everything. Well it was the right time.
  10. I sold my 1970 Boss 302 Mustang two weeks ago. The sale came out of the blue as I had her registered for Hershey. So now I will not have a car on the show field at Hershey. The first time in many years. I bought a 1970 Chevelle 454 LS6 to make me feel better. Hope to have her ready for next years show season.
  11. On another note if it's displayed in the car it can be judged on condition and authenticity. I would leave it out when being judged and put back when they are done.
  12. I think the original color is the way to go.

  19. Our swap meet held last sun. was a outstanding success. The team met sat. am for breakfast so we would have a full tank of fuel in us to set up the fairgrounds for Sundays event. 5:00 am came very early for us the next day. When we arrived there were some vendors already set up in our building lol. It was one of largest and most successful meets we have every had. The weather was a bit chilly early on, but it did warm up later in the day. The wind was not a factor which made things seem warmer. It was sure good to see some of our car friends for the first time in quite a while. As the best
