i bought the aci? motor from advance auto because its the only one in stock i found to replace my pass side motor.getting all the crap out of the way was harder than changing the motor.the motor had all the correct holes and all i had to do was drill out and rerivit it.

im lucky.im the second owner.i know mine hasn't been changed other than by the buick dealer.

it looks like dormon,cardone,and aci are my local coices of motors.i checked autozone,advance auto,and pepboys.

mine has enough power and i like the 28 mpg on the interstate.once a week i see a supercharged engine on craigslist and i have to remind myself that i don't need that.....

i have the door apart but i can't see anything wrong.i took a pribar and tryed to gently help the window up while operating the motor.it just grinds to a stop.i felt all the track wheels but they seem round.

my window works normally most of the way but grinds to a halt near the top OR bottom.i tried to help it trying to close the window but it stops dead.dead motor?the motor works fine in the middle.

ive never noticed anyone give mine a second glance....it does need cooler wheels and could use being repainted...at least the bumpers.the paints not awful for a car that was always outside til i got it.

is it commonly available?

my passinger side power window just screwed up.it only moves a could of inches before grinding to a stop.

When did the Reatta craze take off? How does that compare to the now 10 year old last-gen Riviera? has a reatta craze taken off?people ignore mine.

i just saw on abc news that gm sold a white reatta convertable and lots of other cars.

i better quit driving mine and put it in the shed.....
