Did you ever cure your overheating issue? I working on a 1931 CD with the same problem. I will be removing the drivers side freeze plugs on Monday to check for a blockage.

Too bad the car has a modern radiator without a hole for the crack. So I have to jack up one rear wheel to turn the engine in high gear. thank you for your help. Neil -

I am working on a 1929 Chrysler six cylinder, the radiator shell states model 70. The part number on the head is 301977–1. I am looking for tuneup specifications and firing order. any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Neil.

I would like to have new cylinders cast, they are a constant problem. If we can get enough people together to share the tooling expense this could be possible. There also may be some modern solutions that can be made to prevent issues.

To apply the clutch you need to push the pedal about 1/2 way then push to the floor to apply the brakes and the clutch. It is perfect for stopping on the way up a steep hill. The trick is both pedals are ratcheting and lock down for a parked brake when applied with your whole foot. You need to drive with toes near the bottom of the pedals to allow them to spring back up. It is a great design but takes some practice. -
Thank you, I am sure there is a 1965 Shelby GT359 or a Hurtz GT350H that is missing the original tachometer.
