  1. If by some chance someone does't like a 1954 Buick, then just look at a 1954 Skylark or the 1954 Landau Concept Show Car. If that doesn't change some one's mind in a positive direction to a 1954 Buick...then, some thing's wrong.
  2. Anderson: Great job on the photos. Always good to see Buicks My favorite the 1941 Convertible.
  3. Thanks John: You got a great thread going.
  4. Chris: Thank you. I played around with a photo program on my computer today. It turned your favorite into a 1960's slide.
  5. Check out this odd buick, and no vent ports. From the web.
  6. The best rule of thumb. "If mama's not happy, no one is." Sell the 58.
  7. Thank you Dale for the compliments. The Fall is my favroite time to take the car out for a drive.
  8. Here's a few more. When I start taking pictures, I can't stop.
  9. Hello Everyone! Not much foliage left at home, with rain Friday night into Saturday morning and very windy today. So here's my contribution to Autumn Buicks. My 1938 Buick.
  10. MrEarl The third photo in post #19 is just awesome.
  11. These are from the web. 1953 Skylark & two 1959 Buick Photos The photographer is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and is of Russian origin, mostly specializing in retro custom work for editorial clients. I have been following his work for over ten years. His photography is stunning, provocative, and awesome, all of which "hits" you at the same time. These three photos are just a sampling of his remarkable work. Here is his web site on facebook if you care to see more: http://www.facebook.com/drivebackintime.project He also has many photos on flicker under the tag of D_m_i_t_r_y's. Here is that link too. 12. I thought Mr Earl would like this one. See the next three photos in the post below. Awesome and stunning. I've had this 1956 in my files for some time. It came from the web.
  13. Here are a few more contributions to "Girls on Buicks". ! - Year unknown of Buick. 2 - 1940 Buick 3 - 1957 Buick. All found on the web.
  14. Here my latest contribution to Girls On Buicks. This is a 1934 or 1935 Buick. Original photograph that I purchased on eBay
  15. I have had the chance to meet Jack several times, a grand ole (Senior) gentleman. Loves his 1937 Buick and to tell the story of the restoration, along with the big black and white photo. His two sons are fine gentleman also.
  16. Please forgive me if I upset anyone. It is not my intention. I thought the judges hats supplied by Hyman Ltd. were awesome. By any chance can I buy one from someone? I thought it would be a great souvenir of the meet. Dave
  17. Hi Luke: Try Dave Lewis in Springfield Ill. He is considered the expert on 1937 and 1938 Buick Restorations. He's also the one that started the 1937-1938 Buick Club. His link is below. I bought a new repo Emblem in August from him. If not He can lead you to them. Good Luck Dave Lewis Antique Classic Car Restoration Springfield Illinois 62703
  18. Dick you said it all. Nothing needs to be added about the show. As a reminder to you. You and I spoke early in the morning about your car. You may remember I asked you about your air cleaner amongst other things.
  19. In my view, a flea market is on the grass and a car show is on the pavement. No matter how you look at it; Hershey is still great. 360 days to go. As seen on a vendors sign..." October is for Hershey the rest of the year is for waiting".
  20. Matt: Next year let's set a time, and place. I'll buy you a coffee and maybe a Hershey candy bar.
  21. Matt: I kept looking for your Sears red wagon with the rails. Every time I saw a guy with a wagon, I asked, "Are you Matt". All the answers were the same "Sorry, No". Seybold's and Stemmons cars were my toss ups for my third of the top three. Stemems and I did get to chat for quite some time. He was planning on a Buick driving tour after the the meet. I didn't get a chance to ask where it was headed to. We got interrupted by another car show goer.
