    Yes, Skip did mine on my old 39' I just forgot his name...

    Dee are you still tinkering with distributors and coils? If not, who would you recommend?

Hey there fella's, its been a while since I have been on this site, but I wondered if anyone had the name of the guy that rebuilds water pumps.... he did both of mine on my 39 (that I no longer own) but I am helping a guy get his old V-12 up and running, also... the gentleman that does the coil and distributor... Dee, I don't know if you still mess with them??

  4. I was just as surprised as you guys were, NEVER in a million years did I think those would go for that much... I put them on eBay w/o reserve because I had no idea what to ask for them. I figured if I was too high, no one would bite on them. Thanks guys.

  6. Does anyone know where to weld the brackets for the floor shifter on a column shift car, or where to cut the hole in the floor for the linkage? Do they make a boot to seal everything? Do I use a cable or linkage to connect to my powerglide? Any help would be appreciated. Jeff:confused:


  7. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I am forced to sell my 1939 Lincoln Zephyr 4dr. sedan. It was a barn find and is pretty much original except for the rebuilt V-12 engine. It has original mileage of approximately 37,000 miles with a clear title. It, for its age and history is in great original shape. The paint and interior are original. There is no rust on this car. The floor pans were treated with Line-X. to help prevent any rusting of the floors. Feel free to email me @ jmabry@woodhouse.com if you have questions. I am asking a fair price of $12,500.00 I feel it is well worth the asking price. $6000.00 alone was spent on the fully rebuilt engine. I do have pictures listed under my profile of this car please take a look, and if interested I can provide more if necessary.

  8. Due to some issues beyond my control, I am going to be forced to sell my 1939 Lincoln Zephyr 4dr. Most of you on this site have helped me with many questions regarding this little beauty. I am asking $12,500 for it, which I think is a fair price. It has been gone over and is completely sound. It has a freshly rebuilt engine, new brakes, new clutch, NO rust on the body panels...original interior less the carpet, if anyone is interested, please feel free to email me at Jmabry@woodhouse.com
