  2. Lets not forget the 241 Hemi and 259 Poly engines!! I have mounted a 259 Poly from a 54 Dodge Pickup into my 53 Plymouth and the motor mounts were exactly the same. And if you can find the drivers side exhaust manifold used on 53-54 V8 Dodge's you will be able go over the steering box. You will not have cut up anything. I didnt have to.
  3. I have a 1953 Plymouth that I am selling parts off of. I have parts like front window stainless, Mopar Dash Clock, Rear vanity lights, inside door handles, arm rests, window crank handles, etc etc. Rear window and stainless is sold. I dont have the body stainless either.
  4. Wow....did I ask....Can a bitter POS give his opinion on this car? Or did I ask about information regarding the where abouts of this car. Keep you smug remarks for someone who gives a ****. And also because of that remark....Ill make it my lifes mission to customize all the 53 Plymouths. Ill concentrate on Converts and 2dr HTs
  5. This 1953 Plymouth Kustom was built in 1954 and last time it was seen was 1961 in LA, California. if you ever remember seeing this car after 1962 please PM me ASAP!!
  6. Im looking for skirts that fit the 1953 Plymouth 2dr Hardtop. Im not looking for the flush fitting ones either. Im looking for the ones that overlap the wheel opening. PM me if ya got them.
  7. I have a nice set of 47 Lincoln under seat heaters and separate defroster. All motors run, could use a little oil and I have the controls. I only am asking $200 plus shipping, cause thats all I paid for them. They are all boxed up and ready to go. Postal Money Order only.

  9. I am actually thinking about seriously saving up for one of these cars. My wife and I are into hot rods and kustoms, but a lot of cars just need to be left alone and kept original. As of right now Im looking for a 1947 Dodge 4dr like the one pictured below. It was also my grandfathers. He bought it brand new in 47 and drove it till 1967. He bought himself a 67 Ford Galaxy 500. He kept his cars for a very long time. My father is the little boy infront of the Dodge and my grandmother is in the drivers seat. I have other photos of cars him and his 3 brothers owned while growing up. I will post
  10. Thank you for the information. The other board who had identified the car was corrected as well. Now if I can just talk my wife into buying one for me!!
