1954 Hudson Hollywood hardtop

This car was purchased in October 1953 by a major Hudson stockholder (Harold DuCharme -- neighbor of then Hudson president A.E. Barit) and he immediately sent to a Detroit shop to have it customized. The top was chopped 2.5", and the body was sectioned 4". The front and rear ends were also radically altered. This was done and presented to Hudson stylists/management, where these photos were taken by Hudson Chief Stylist Frank Spring.
