Four tank chemical car.
There are four towns in the U.S. named Findlay. They are in Ohio, Tennessee, Georgia and Illinois. As close as Findlay, Illinois is to St. Louis, Missouri my money is that this rig went to the Land of Lincoln. If anyone has the year that this was built or the capacity of the chemical tanks please comment.
