Some paintings from my series called "Rusty Gold". My desire is to try to convey the feel of the rust, the smell of the old gas and oil as well as the quiet and distinguished decent into decay that these wonderful old vehicles display. These vehicles represent the style of a hardworking, longsuffering generation. Even in their decaying state they still have an air of class that modern vehicles can't touch. These are works of art the likes of which we will never see again.
