Have you tried to disarm the alam by unlocking the passenger door when the alarm is sounding?
If that does not work I would just pull the wire harness out of the alarm brain box. (located on the drive side behind the plastic panel to the rear of the seat, the one with the seat belt coming out of it)

no, it is right beside the door jam behind the panel. I am not sure about th 90-91 but yes it is there on the 88-89.
Did you ever try to disarm it with the key in the passenger side door lock, while the alarm was sounding?

Cindy, you have an aftermarket alarm on your car. "Viper Brand". I believe this thread pertains to the factory installed system. .Jim

Lance The unit behind the driver seat is only the keyless remote. The anti theft IS under the dash on a '90 model. Unplugging the keyless remote should not have affected your anti-lock brakes. My best two cents despite all of the good info you recieve here is to purchase a Factory Service Manual specific to your 90 model. They are priceless if you are a do-it-yourself person. Dave

OK, this is not going too well. When I installed my after market alarm/starter/door locks, removing the wire harness from the keyless entry box all the factory alarm functions stopped working. Even the security light stopped.
I would look into the manual, and sorrry I was not more help to you.

The last of the special built pedal cars will be going up for sale at the RM Auctions in Scottsdale in January. Built by the renown restorer Fran Roxas, this "Dusey" is truly is another work of art.
