does any one know why my brake pedal grabs close to the floor??how can i get the pedal higher?? it seems no matter what rods i adjust it only tightens or brings the shoes or bands closer to the drums!! ive been searching for a manual but it looks like the 28 manuals are scarce!! thanx henry

The reprint '27 manual should cover this.
