I have various extra engine parts including crankshafts, blocks, rods, misc. castings, oil pans, etc. Parts I have are for the smaller 8 used in the Commander(250, 221), Dictator(221), and later President(250).

Do you have the water jacket cover on th driver side? This would be for a 37 president 250 CI eight.
I thought mine was OK but when I filled with water the first time it has pin holes all over the rear part.
Or is there a fix that would work? what do you think about epoxy?

Jerry,

If yours has pin holes on the outside, it is likely that the internal baffles are also corroded. And there are likely some very thin areas. The baffles are important to ensure proper flow of coolant past each of the 8 cylinders.

I personally would not go with the epoxy. I would braze or fabricate and weld in repair sections. If I could not find a better jacket.

Hello from Austin TX: Any chance you would have rear brake spring that would fit on a 1950 Land Cruiser??
