Hi All,

I came across this website powerxtractor.com through a friend of mine
and this new engine sounds pretty impressive, but I don't know enough
myself. What do you all think, is it really good as my friend said?

Thanks in advance for help

Jhon

Pump the exhaust? Ok, how hot does exhaust get? We already use turbo chargers that are notorious for early failure. If you think intake is dirty, try pumping hot exhaust gasses.

The claim is, engines will be smaller. What about adding all these pumps, and what happened to 'diminishing returns?'
They are pumping when the piston is at the bottom of its stroke. (Not a good idea.) Ever blow into a Coke bottle? Now, try a real big one and see how much raw gas gets blown and sucked into the exhaust. Efficiency just isn't there, especially at higher rpm's.

With a 4-stroke, we use the largest intake valve possible, and the piston draws as much volume as it can using the bore diameter and length of its stroke. This new concept can't compete with that unless it loads intake from the bottom of the cylinder. - Dave Dare
